JESUS Is YHWH Come!

In Isaiah 40:3,  “the LORD” (note the all caps in the ESV) refers to YHWH, JEHOVAH, THE GOD, WHO is THE CREATOR and RULER of the world, and THE Covenant GOD of Israel.
